Let's be honest: How much have you been entertained by a boxer(maybe 2 if you include Pacquiao) while he is OUT OF THE RING? I mean GENUINELY interested?
Its very possible that Manny is on PEDs. In fact, its seeming more likely by the day. However, its also possible that Mayweather has known all along, had proof, but has helped to draw the drama out this long to build up anticipation.
If that's true, then it was a brilliant move. The patience alone that it takes to wait out a clever gambit like that qualifies the brilliance.
I doubt that Mayweather would ever just walk into a fight as big as Martinez and just sign the contract. The drama is what shapes the legend, and the legend is ALWAYS bigger than the man himself.
Floyd has learned to use the drama to shape the shadow of the legend that he walks in. Even when perceived as arrogant and tawdry, his performances and demeanor after victory have shown him to be not only a gladiator, but a scholar as well.
Do you remember the movie "Gladiator", Brother Uppercut?
Do you remember what it was that Proximo told Maximus?

As I said ... brilliant. There is no doubt in my mind as to why Floyd Mayweather is the biggest draw in boxing history WITHOUT needing either King or Arum.
That's some beautiful **** right there my man.

Floyd as learned to win the crowd ... whether they love him or hate him.

Or is that beyond the scope of your peasant comprehension?
People want to see Floyd. They pay more to see Floyd than ANY OTHER BOXER IN HISTORY. Including Manny Pacquiao.
The proof is in the numbers. He's won over millions one way or the other.
Try and wrap your dog eating head around that.

It is about time that MP had tighter control over his assets/resume/career, but also over his business interests.
Despite the concerns over James' background, this could only be beneficial.
VisionQwest will be audited as well.
Do you think that Koncz's affairs are NOT constantly audited....???? In business, especially a $100 mill yearly business (I'm guessing amount) EVERYBODY is audited. Every business of ANY kind, worthy to be called a business has a person in a special position called a Financial Comptroller. I KNOW about these things believe me. He keeps tight rein (like with a horse...notice I use "rein" correctly, not "reign" nor "rain") on ALL financial matters, and has daily or weekly meetings with the directors. AND....on top of that they are yearly or monthly audited, either by their regular prestigious Company of auditors (like KPMG) from whom come the tax return documentation, or with spot audits at any time throughout the year...something like a bank audit, when the examiners come in without warning, at any time. This keeps people on their toes.
This Timothy James "Doe" guy seems to me to be a bit of a risk. Even though everything these days is a nornam risk, this seems like an inordinate risk. And, for one, I won't believe it until there is some proof, not Internet scandal site rumour.

If Mayweather had any kind of proof, I think that he would have used it to force the fight already, that fight is past hyping.
Either way, the completely harmless blood test, or lack of one, is both the cause and the solution to the OSDT testing situation.
The issue could so easily be resolved if Pac were to be a big boy, like my lil fellow when we needed the results of his blood tests last year.
