Paq need to take control of his boxing career, instead of Arum hiring people for him like he did Koncz he should do it himself with the help of his friends and family, Timothy James seem like a guy who is obsess with Paq but he also seem like he genuinely wants the best for Paq and how his financial career is been handled by Arum and Koncz who Arum hired to advise Paq seem to be a concern to James, Doesn't Paq even have an accountant that goes over his contracts with Top rank? I'm not if this is a good move on the part of Manny. Koncz IMO is a good financial guardian of Manny's assets whom a lot of people wanted to have a hand on. Koncz was there to zealously ward them off.

It is about time that MP had tighter control over his assets/resume/career, but also over his business interests.
