Floyd didn't duck Tszyu anyway. They were on rival networks, and Tszyu was inactive and injured when Floyd went to 140 and fought an eliminator (the first of 2) to face Gatti, an HBO fighter. Mayweather apparently asked Arum for a Cotto fight back at 140, but Arum said no. When it would've been best, in 2008, there was no talk of any serious negotiations.

them guys wanted no part of floyd and boxing is a business, ****ing sugar ray probably wanted a ridiculous cut of the money.
