The problem with Pacquiao fans is that they REFUSE to even entertain the idea that Manny may be on something simply because he's never tested positive - when as I said earlier that doesn't mean ****, NOBODY TESTS POSITIVE.

Manny has never agreed to full random blood testing up until the fight during negotiations. He only ever claims to have agreed after he has signed to fight somebody else. You are mistaken.

He knows he can't pass the blood test, just like I know people who can't pass a hair follicle or blood test. Manny is no different and has showed the same characteristics of ALL drug abusers when it comes to being tested.
