It's time for every major fight to involve drug testing and as many of the minor fights as possible. Clean boxing up so that it can be taken seriously as a sport, it's been in the hands of cheats and gangsters for too long.
Yeah, they just want to throw mud at fighters they'd rather avoid. Right message, wrong motivation.Comment

Dude's a clown and everything he says is unrecognizable and idiotic in nature. Everyone bends to Floyd's will and demands for a payday......everyone except for Pac. It's all a power struggle thing, nothing more.
The drug thing is crap...why would Pac be the only guy in the entire sport to have access to this ultimate, undetectable PED? How come none of the other Filipino boxers have the same stuff if it is made in the Philippines? How come he is the only guy that seems to be unbeatable out of the Wildcard gym if the mystery drug is being fed to Pac through these "magical" Ariza shakes?
I guess it's just easier to say he is juicing because he refuses to take some unrequired test demanded by a potential opponent. People act like Pac has never taken a drug test before......he has probably taken so many drug tests that he makes parolees look like they have it easy.Comment

well, as lovely as it sounds to have USADA for ALL boxing matches, people need to realize USADA is a third party company... with a rather hefty pricetag... only the likes of floyd, pac, etc can afford to pay for their services... how can a mid-tier fighter who makes 150k (per fight) afford the 100k+ testing??
although there were reports of USADA testing being "affordable", apparently, even andre ward finds it a bit too pricey to be REALISTICALLY implemented at the cost of 100k-200k+ for full testing.
NO... steroid allegations is NOT new to the sport... but frankly, the mayweathers are RESPONSIBLE for this trend of making allegations to discredit fighters... when you got pascal accusing b-hop... berto accusing ortiz... its a DAMN SHAME... the "steroid" excuse is the new crutch excuse for sore losers & justification to discredit another fighters' accomplishments.
i would rather hear the "i wasnt myself" excuse... LOLComment

LOL. also, those same people that are quick to p1ss on the wild-card are also the ones who LOVE andre ward... who works with CONTE. seriously, WTF....Dude's a clown and everything he says is unrecognizable and idiotic in nature. Everyone bends to Floyd's will and demands for a payday......everyone except for Pac. It's all a power struggle thing, nothing more.

zab works with CONTE as well... yet su****ions are directed at khan and ariza's MAGIC shakes???
honestly, i think pac is PURPOSELY not closing the show due to his critics... they make it seem he carried them to 12 rounds because of his compassion, but i think its more of damage control... imagine if he KO'd margs & shane??? oh man.... it would be a modern day witch hunt. then again, he could just take the damn test and be done with it. He is the first one (to my knowledge) that didn't fight someone because of those allegations.
Tyson still fought Holyfield with no test...
Hagler still fought Leonard with no test...
Pascal still fought Hopkins with no test...
BTW, likewise, Pacquiao isn't the first fighter to refuse testing beyond what the commission requires.Comment
