i have wasted enough real money on these non fights. i'm really disappointed how the HW turned out in 2011. vitali-solis and wlad-haye were both crap.
What is the point of it happening at all right now?

Huh? I suppose you don't know Vitali has the second highest + - hit ratio in boxing huh? Vitali is the closest thing to Mayweather in boxing right now. He hits with authority (a lot) and doesn't get hit. That's what it's all about. And while people will be burning down this post down soon for me saying this with comments like, "Lennox tore is face clean off! That's a legit loss!", Vitali has technically never been losing at a fights conclusion while many think Delahoya and Castillo both got the better of Floyd at one point or another.

I don't fancy watching Haye run for 12 rounds again. This just reeks of publicity stunt trying to stir some interest up to secure a pay-day for both of 'em.

The closest thing to Mayweather? Floyd doesn't get to have weight and height advantages in his fights. Not saying that's Vitaly's fault, but try not to make a crazy exaggeration before thinking it out.

That's because there's no one as good as De La Hoya or Castillo at heavyweight. There hasn't been in years.

Floyd is the total package as a fighter. The Klits have a very limited skill set in comparison, but with their height advantage and the horrid competitors at heavyweight it is enough for them to dominate in the present era.

Wlad was so reluctant to throw punches and be aggressive, i believe Vitali will open up more and take more risks, thus Haye will see more openings to throw his own punches.

BUT....Haye's only gameplan against Wlad was to land his right and KO Wlad. That isnt going to happen with Vitali's chin.

And Haye will never step into the ring against Vitali.

I hope Vitali keeps goading Haye into the ring, just so that we can all see how much of a chicken Haye is.
After all the talk, he really only hoped he could KO Wlad with a single shot. He never had any intention of beating both Klits and really being the HW no.1.

And saying all this is correct, which it is, it begs the question how was Haye Wlads most significant fight? Me thinks some fans cannot see the difference between significance and hype.

It's one thing (albeit bizarre) that these brother consider themselves to BOTH be THE heavyweight champion of the world (at the same time) but why do they BOTH have to co-defend the title against the same guy, especially a guy as utterly uncompetitive as David Haye?

Money. Its all about the money, not who is most worthy.

Lol @ saying that the Klitschko's have a limited skillset. I know there's about a 1/4 million actual boxing experts who would disagree, but it is what it is and everyone is entitled to their own opinion, no matter how off base it is.
