Oh great congressman Manny Pacquiao has a gameshow that will "relieve poverty" by giving a few people prices while many others can't even afford electricity to watch the show. How about he works on being a congressman and alleviate poverty with real politics.

He's also co-authored 7 bills while he was training for the fight and also managed to lobby US Congress support for another bill while visiting the White House. This does not include his regular scholarships and several charities.
