Hopefully this is the case. I just want to see a good fight with a knockout, especially after that Shame Mosley fraud.

We put this guy on the same pedestole as Floyd Mayweather. Look what floyd did to him. Floyd wrecked his ass. Floyd dominated him and humiliated him. Floyd could have stopped him at any moment but wanted to brush the cobb webbs off. And you think He will give pacquiao trouble at the same weight? I Dont fooking thing so.

Pacquiao will stop Marquez and the only reason they took the fight is to say Hey we stopped Marquez and FLOYD COULDNT ect ect.....its all bob arums plan to help promote pac-may .... guaren-fuukin-tee it

Marquez if he strictly boxed and didn't get into wild west exchanges could win but that aint the case. The reason Marquez cant when is because May vs PAC is to much money not to have happen. end thread

You can say that again, Margs give Pacman one hell of a fight, but the sad thing is that he ended up in Hospital, with a broken eye socket!

Margs was taller and heavier than Pacman but can't solve Pacman' speed and power!

On the other hand take a closer look on whom Marquez had fought in his previous and Past fights, they are all legitimate "LIGHTWEIGHTS"!

If you think he is ready to fight at 144lbs then, for sure can give Pacman one hell of a fight?

But I think he will end up like Margs. Marquez can be hit, been knockdown by his Lightweight opponents.

Pacman isn't called "Mexicutioneer" for nothing!

haha, exactly the way i see this ***** fight, no need to keep your hopes on marquez winning the fight. there's absolutely too much money involved in pac/may for jmm to get in the way. they're getting manny's toughest rival, putting some more lbs on him, slowing him down, and selling the blowout win to the idiotic public/fans as if manny conquered the toughest task he's ever faced by closing the trilogy 2-0-1. watch jmm after the post presser, saying stuff like "i thought i had him, guess not" and "pacquiao has just gotten a lot better, no other way to explain it".

It's going to be hell for both of them and a fight of the year in my mind no doubt.

He will loose this one. He might catch Pac here and there with his counter punching but like others have said, he will be too slow. I think that it is time for him to hang it up after this fight if he loses.
Hanging it up is the reason Marquez wants to fight Pac. It's a win win for Marquez, if he wins he gets to prove he's a better boxer plus biggest payday of his life and if he loses, he still get's the biggest payday of his life before retirement.

what makes anyone think Marquez can beat Pac this time around when he couldn't do it decisively in their two fights?

Add to the fact that Pac is now stronger and more suited to WW, while Marquez is the opposite.

The best result Marquez can ask for is it going to the scorecards and even then the scores would be either very close or a win for Pacquiao. Marquez will get dropped at least once this fight.
