j-ros, i know im critical of sergio, but don't think of me as a hater on serg. the guy is obviously a hella talented fighter. i just don't know why he doesn't want to take on more risky fights>? i mean i guess he's trying to do what every other boxer does - make the most money the easiest way possible.

i was referring to the poster Mushadeen(sp?) with that "hater" comment.

But, you're right it's all about the money. And, that's fine the man is 35yrs old let him get paid. However, I would love the fans/posters to recognize that it's about the money and not necessary fighting the best.

Because, both Quillin and Pirog are better fighters than JCC Jr. But, they don't bring the money that JCC Jr does and both are riskier fights. It's all about the money. That's why they're hell bent in fighting JCC Jr, Cotto, Pac, and Mayweather. I mean Martinez said that Cotto damn near called Cotto a shot fighter but still wants to fight him. Not because it's a challenge but because of the money it brings. And, there is nothing wrong with that. While telling the real challenges to go fight whoever or saying "**** Pirog".

But, the fans/posters should stop acting like if he's trying to fight the best. Or talking about the best vs best. When that's not what Martinez wants. I mean if that's the case he wouldn't be fighting Barker next.

Who in the FUCK has Chavez Jr beat? Who? We talking about who Pirog has beaten, what about JCC Jr? And, did JCC Jr look "good" in beating a European level fighter in Zbik? Really?

I understand what your saying about the Steroidigio thing, i just didnt want to break it down where it becomes a ******* vs ***** argument again. As for the money thing i agree he is 35 and wants the most he can get. I was just saying that most talk up Chavez jr and if Roach is insulting Martinez then why not bring him to fight? I think JCC at 157+ beats Canelo.
