If Roy came back and won a fight that would be great for his career in my opinion.

Roy has nothing to prove now. If he beats Clinton Woods, then good for him, he's won another belt, but it won't enhance his legacy. However, if he happens to lose, it's only gonna diminish his legacy. I, honestly think Roy should retire because he accomplished everything, has money and a family. He should think about that before he fights again.

Incidentally, Clinton Woods wants Tarver. I'd drop 20m on Clinton if that were to happen.

WTF, Jones still has a long, long way to go if he wants to be considered an all-time great.

He showed no interest in unifications at 160, he showed no interest in unifications at 168, and he avoided the Lineal champion at 175 for the whole of his reign at that weight.
He even picked on the worst of the HW's.

Cause he wouldn't go to Gay Germany to fight ****** DM? So the **** what? Jones was the ****ing champ with all the belts, oh minus the WBO title, which is still seen as the least of the 4 titles. Even more so back then.

I don't think he should fight again either, simply because he doesn't need to. BUT if he wants to fight one more time, I would be excited because I am a true Jones fan.

Juy Juy - Watever roy jones has done to u i dont know....but ur hatred for him seems high!!

anyways roy jones is the best fighter over the last 20yrs.

i honestly dont see him losing to clinton woods.....when paul D from sky sports asked him bout fighting RJJ - u cud see the change in clinton's face...he kinda looked timid and said - well yeh, it wont be that big a fight but its still roy jones jr...u cud tell he kinda overawed by him the way bruno was of a faded tyson....
