I agree that the timing favors Pacquiao and Roach for this upcoming fight. But Marquez is the one begging for this fight. In their last two fights, TIMING was on JMM's side...NOT Pacquiao's. So JMM had his chance.

The promoter of this event was NOT Top Rank. It was an All-Mexican promotion. The only money that came from Top Rank was the last minute purchase for USA rights to stream the event online. Still anything is possible, but Arum did not have control over this event unlike his Latin Fury events or any other Top Rank event. Did you hear how disorganized the commentators were? They didn't even know the names of some of the fighters!

I really just think Marquez and his people picked a dud of an opponent. Marquez was probably expecting 5-6 rounds at jr. welter.

is it just me or was that match looked fixed? that guy looks like he got hit with a phantom punch. and was a very bad actor. i have seen guys hit with better punches and come back plus it was down in Mexico not sure about this one. i' m surprise the boxing writers did question this fight.but again there are n't that sharp.
