Damn, that's a tough call...

I would have to say they are both equally as dangerous. Both have huge KO wins after getting off the canvas.

Since Marquez has never been stopped though, I would have to go with Marquez.

Tito only lost to Roy Jones when getting knocked down and he was far gone by that point. Other than that he won/ko every opponent that knocked him down. So I'd go with him since Marquez has lost a couple after being knocked down.
