I know he faked it... I mean it's possible he did get injured but more likely than not he just didn't want to take that punishment

Rafael Marquez? maybe that is just to get press. He went down to 122 again.
Rafael is fighting today and likely facing the WBC 122 Champ Toshiaki Nishioka in October.

Marquez went to 126 for paydays in the Vazquez IV and Lopez fight, so why in the world would he go to 130 and face some overrated prospect. This thread is full of fail....smh

Marquez has better fights/paydays by taking the following fights:

1. Fernando Montiel (in Mexico) at 122
2. Jorge Arce (in Mexico) at 122
3. Vic Darchinyan at 122 (more than likely his next fight as shaw is really set on making this fight)
4. Nonito Donaire at 122
5. Steve Molitor at 122
6. Johnny Gonzalez at 126

All of these fights are better than a ****ty a$$ broner fight.
