Being a wife, isnt a paid job or a profession.

In my country the law is, that what you have bought toghether while being married , is going to be split 50-50. Unless a contract/pre nup says otherwise. Thats because its assumed, while being married, they share their finances.

What he/she had before, is not and never will be apart of a that equation, when divorces are settled here. So i cant score a wealthy girl, get divorced years later and claim half of her wealth, is mine.

That is in my book a more fair, reasoned and modern way, to go about it such things.

If and when a divorce goes through, he/she isnt entitled to anything.

He/she must by law pay and share for the childrens expences, but never close to the insane amounts in america.

I might just be a Berto hater, but I'd still be tempted to pick Mosley to win.. It would be close though. Berto's work rate is subpar and Mosley can **** if he has a willing target(not Pacquiao as he's throws nonstop fire). Berto is not illusive.
