I was never to big on Ishida. I don't dislike him but I'm not a big fan either.

Hopefully he can derail the hype job that is jr.

Chavez Jr. is a joke. Him fighting is equivalent to Arum pissing and shi*ting on boxing.

Ishida would actually be a much bigger risk than JCC has taken, and that's not saying much.

If he's going to fight a ****ty opponent, he may as well fight someone who just KO'd a hot prospect. Ishida kinda deserves a shot like this after that massive upset. I'll tune in for sure.

Saying that.... I doubt JCCs people put him in there with Ishida.

Yeah, your right. Kirkland is and fought better competition. Chavez Jr is a paper champion living off of his pops name. Maybe if he stepped up and showed the sport and himself something then he would get more respect win or lose.

Whoa! That's my first utterance. Ishida vs JCC Jr. A newly surfaced prospect killer vs a paper champion. This COULD be a fight of the year candidate, in many ways. I was thinking Ishida needs another good opposition or two to beat before he can get to someone like Jr. Well, if this fight is materialized, then I'll have to think seriously about flying to the States to watch the fight live.

But if Kirkland would have beaten Ishida, Team Chavez.jr would not be looking at Kirkland. They would of still tried to make a Ishida fight.lmao. This fabricated chump chavez.jr is a joke
