    The fight was disappointing?

Lara vs Williams was more exciting than any Floyd fight. Roach's opinion is lame, it's ducksucking at best. Roach must be losing it. Khan should beware, he has a lame coach against Judah.

Yesterday, Ariza couldn't give his opinion on the Pacquiao/Marquez fight.
Today, Roach can give his opinion on Williams/Lara robbery.
Again, what does that have to do with Floyd,Hearns & Duran??

What reasonable offer was made to Manny vs. Williams that Manny turned down??? Wait all day on that one Williams promoters know that they couldn't bring anything to the table as far as $$$, Live gate and PPV sales. Williams lost to Quitana and he wasn't knocking anybody of note out and HE DOESN'T SELL TICKETS!!!! If a 6'2" guy with an 82" reach wants to fight welterweights 1. He has to sell tickets for the risk reward factor of giving up that much height and reach. 2. He cannot lose a one sided decision to Carlos Quitana (which to his credit he KOed in the rematch) 3. He has to be knocking cats out left and right especially with the size advantage. 4. He has to stick to one weight class and become the #1 contender or a champ at that one weight class and then the public and boxing insiders will demand that fight... Other than that Paul Williams really has no claim to fight Pac and Quitana, Martinez, and Lara are all Southpaws maybe god was looking out for Paul by not putting him in the the ring with Pac... LOL

You're embarrassing yourself. First you turned it into a bash against Roach, when in fact he made points which so many others have made on the forum over the past week.

And secondly, Roach's opinion is written about as writers ask him questions. So he answers.

If you don't want his opinion to appear in print, tell the writers to stop asking him questions.

Strong Latino and or Afro American following and those fighter sell tickets, with the exception of Clottey which has no following and sells no tickets but he was the #1 and #2 contender in two organizations and that was a stay active fight which ALL fighters take... But, mainly you missed the biggest point I made and you don't have to like facts but you can't ignore them, here is the biggest points I made were; If a 6'2" guy with an 82" reach wants to fight welterweights 1. Lastly, this is a discussion board so people might be inclined to discuss things with you. So as far as not responding you have two options don't post on a discussion board or post and expect people to respond or you can always kiss my A$$, so basically you have three options...

I never said he didn't make valid points he did.But it's a lie to say he didn't have a stake in either fighter. They avoided the Punisher at welterweight.

I wouldn't be surprised if williams loses his next fight by k.o.
