I think what makes Pac's refusal to take the test the most su****ious is the fact that every contender from 140 to 154, including Miguel Cotto, has stated that they are willing to take the random drug tests for a shot at Mayweather, EXCEPT MANNY PACQUAIO.

I said it once and I will say it again: if the police have 35 suspects in a murder, and 34 of them voluntarily agree to take a DNA test to rule them out as suspects, while the 35th one refuses unless he can control how and who conducts the test, anyone with an IQ above 40 (that obviously rules out 75 percent of the people who post on this message board) would be very su****ious of the 35th suspect and many, including the police, would directly accuse him of committing the murder....and their opinion would be correct!!!

1)Manny takes the tests, looks MUCH more ordinary in the fight because A)Floyd is that good, and B)He will not have his usual PED regiment. (Sorta' like in 2005 when he get whooped by Erik Morales. Strangely enough, the last time he was blood tested before a fight.)

or

2)Manny continues to refuse random blood testing, and forever has a cloud of doubt held over his career and achievements.

One way or the other, any RATIONAL boxing fan can see right threw this nonsense. It's really starting to look more, and more, like Manny Pacquiao is simply not the God his followers make him out to be.

Besides all that, I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd WHOOPED him WITH his usual PED regiment. Floyd's style will give him nightmares. And styles make fights, as we all know.

Do we have to spell it out. MAYWEATHER DOES NOT WANT TO FIGHT PACQUIAO. Just think about it and put yourselves in Mayweather's shoes. It's not the peds and dope that he has a problem with. Do you think he declines to fight someone he can beat up even if they're on peds? What Mayweather has issues with is that Pacquiao is too strong, too fast and have too much stamina. Now put yourselves in Mayweather's shoes, how can it be guaranteed, that after all the blood tests that Pacquiao isn't going to come in still just as strong, just as fast and just as well conditioned. There's no guarantee. And because at the end of the day, that's what his concern is, that's why I don't ever see this fight happening or we would have seen it by now. Mayweather mentioning Pacquiao more than Ortiz is trying to drum up support for that fight. After the fight I see him going back on holidays or fighting Khan or Alvarez. He will keep taking everyone on the same ride, as long as people are willing to pay for his fights.
