If fighters get caught, which is more likely with random testing, the commission probably would still pick up the fine. Im sure the commission doesnt find any problems with random ost.

but there are still a lot of issues to be cleared, such as the territorial jurisdiction of the accredited test agencies....

on top of the others, other concerns are:

is the application of this kind of testing on a per fighter's request basis only?

will it not be then like an elective process?....for only those who want it?

will fights won using this test make any difference with fights won using the regular testing of the commissions?

people are for the best testing there is, including me..for the fighter's health

but i still read articles on experts not even having a unanimous verdict which testing is the best to use...sad

When the agency youre asking for, is the same agency that you would already be using, it gets a little complicated.

if you're telling me that may clan's attack dog an impartial agency then i don't know where you get your definition of impartial..

If you can afford it, and you want good testing, than use it.

i think they're the same one's who took the sample when the random drug testing was ordered by nsac when this thing first blew up..

So its biased for manny to use usada but not for him to use the agency approved by the congress that he sits in? Not saying that they arent officiak i dont know about them im just saying arums a crook.

I actualky think that if this is a teal issue for manny and not one of arums excuses. They should let a foreign agency test pac while hes in the phillippines. Whatever agency that is though it would have to be credible.

why should it be? the fight is happening in the us, pac is gonna be training in the us. why would the psc have jurisdiction here? if the fight happens in the phillipines then there would be a decent argument.

they only took the sample.. nsac's the one who did the testing themselves.. nsac the one who announce the result of the testing.. so what the heck are you talking about? and another thing.. pacquiao's not even a congresman then..
