Not liking Pac is one thing, but when you start distorting facts, that's another. I'm done with you!
There are new rules made every year.

Just because Mayweather never asked for a test before, he should be forever banned from making OSDT requests for the rest of his life, right?

All that you mentioned so far are your opinions. Is it it really inconceivable for someone to move up in weight and carry his power and speed like Floyd? That's what Floyd did. Or you didn't know that? Okay for Floyd, but not Manny? Basically, you have no proof but a personal opinion. Stop trying to convince smart people here that there is undisputed evidence of Manny taking any kind of enhancements. Stop being the spokesperson for the Mayweathers.
Wtf did you say? Lmao you can work on speed and have it at any weight, whAt you can't do is have more power at a higher weight. That has never happens in the life of the sport! Mayweather had power at the lower divisions but at welterweight it's gone. Don't compare pacquiao's raise to mayweather's cause mayweather has skill not power like a normal Athlete .

All you have is conjecture and nothing more. No matter how much you try to bully off the keyboard, nothing more than a guess. No proof.

I think Pac needs to stop JMM. Pac has supposedly improved and hes at a stronger weight now

Sure thing Ariza...just like Clottey would be stopped, just like Marg would be stopped, just like Shane would be stopped? Manny is not stopping anyone at welterweight, in fact Cotto could have finished the fight and the ref stepped in with what 50 seconds left or something? So basically Manny has not stopped anyone at WW except pathetic weight-drained ODLH who once again, did not continue, but was not stopped. So basically he has not KOed anyone since Hatton.

It is funny how when Manny makes JMM come up in weight and is overmatched it is ok, but when Floyd did it, it was a joke and unfair. The funny part is Manny still won't stop JMM and JMM will still blast up his face like he has done twice before. Manny cannot beat sharp counterpunchers, because his defense is crap. We would see Manny is far from P4P #1 if he fought anyone who wasn't drained, or plodding, or shot, or old. You will never see Manny in the ring with Bradley, M. Jones, Floyd, Bradley, anyone. Take the test PEDman!

lol @ your analysis. Let me teach you something kid.
Newton's Second Law of Motion: Force = Mass * Acceleration

It means...if you move up in weight (MASS) ...and YOU CAN WORK ON SPEED AND HAVE IT AT ANY WEIGHT..... (ACCELERATION)....

What is going to happen with the power ??

                MOREEEEEE POWERRRRRRRR !!!!!

You have no proof he isnt so I guess we are level pegging but I would bet than none of you saying he isnt would not bet anything real on the outcome only your toy money in here , maybe he should have just taken the test 3 yrs ago instead of ducking it for Clottey , that would have put an an end to all su****ion right .

Actually I think in boxing as you move up your power goes up and your speed goes down , because muscle mass verses speed is a diminishing return as a man gets bigger he gets slower , power to weight ratio does not move parallel in flesh and bone . .

Floyd would be punching harder now compared to himself at 135 just he is hitting bigger men with less speed .

So, that's the reason why Gayweather's had been knocking out his opponents lately in the welterweight division?
