Soto did not want to fight Rios he knew he couldn't beat him so he ran from him becuz Bob Arum was going to use him as a stepping stone.

He has to be and it's a shame. The whole time I thought Soto was being mishandled by Arum when it was probably him and his team scared to take a challenge. He's a good fighter. It's time he challenges himself again.
