Rigondeaux likes to throw lopping body shots from half way out. This can and will be used against him, sooner or later. If Ramos can time Rigondeaux with that check hook while Rigondeaux is throwing that lopping body shot from half way out, he could ko Rigondeaux. I 'm just stating one of the kinks in Rigondeaux armor. They both have alot of flaws, but thier speed allows them to get away with it. I dont want to see this fight yet. Maybe after Ramos have another three title defenses. I'd rather see Rigondeaux aginst The flash, Nonito donaire. Now thats a hella gud fight!!!!!!!!. Ramos needs time to mature like they have, carring the title only helps with confidence. Time, is what it takes to be fully prepared for the kings of that division.
Funny...I don't think Rigo is ready for Donaire. As much amateur experience as Guillermo has, he's still a little raw as a pro. You're right about Ramos, though; he's not fully developed. But now Rico has a strap. Champions haven't got the luxury of fighting a string of sub-par fighters. Ramos can take an easy fight here and there, but he has to lay it on the line more often than not.

It appears that the fight with Rigondeaux is going to happen next. Rico is going to get shredded. The gap in ability and experience is too wide. Rico was very lucky to land that shot against Shimoda. I don't think he'll even get a chance to get lucky against "El Chakal". Rigo tore Willie Casey apart in their meeting; I have a feeling he's going to try a similar approach against Ramos...with similar results.

I hope I don't have to wait too long to see that, but sure I'll gladly bet on that when/if it happens.

GTFO with that **** so far rigo is an unproven fighter as a pro , with only 8 fights , a lackluster title fight , and a title defence against a bum , he holds a bogus fake interim belt , and is not even TOP 5 in the division at the moment

Ramos should seriously drop that title. He really can't win, he ain't ready for this fight. He would have to pull another KO out of his butt, because I don't think he'd be winning on points with the way he fights.

Donaire would kill all of them. It wouldn't even be competitive. Rigondeaux needs more fights before fighting someone like Donaire and even then he probably still loses.
