There's no issue with regards to USADA really. Other outfits can do it.

We should be ecstatic the fight can now happen. It's not about who look worse.

It doesn't change the argument at all. Wada certifies the usada to conduct testing, the usada uses 1 of 2 Wada certified laboratories in the united states, usada collects the samples, then uses either lab to conduct testing, whereas the wada does collect samples or use any lab.
