Direll would be tough for Ward because he has the edge in speed, power and lateral movement. Ward has better ring IQ, mental toughness, the better switch hitter of the two and would school Direll on the inside as Direll doesn't have an inside game. a 50-50 fight.

LOL, I know...I was being a little sarcastic about that one. More of a chance to hype up my boy Calz a little bit. About the fight between Ward and Bute, I think Bute is capable of winning but I think that Ward could also pull out a victory.

Honestly, I just skimmed through the post because all saw was something about Calzaghe at the bottom. After I read your post, I read the TS post and realized that he was saying all that other stuff.

I'd favor Bute because he seems to be the more powerful boxer. I think both guys can land but I feel that Bute would physically hurt Ward until he started to break down. Most people think of it as two slick counter punches fighting but Bute is a powerful puncher as well. Ward could also hurt Bute but it would have to be after rds of abuse where as Bute could stun and drop Ward with one punch.

I would say that from the bunch, Bute has the bigger chance because of his style. Other wise, Ward is the best plan follower from the division. Bute's style and timing are akward and fast and that's why He like Ward are still undefeated. In the same line, I think He has the better chance to also beat Froch.
Love to see those fights.
