If you say that saw no reason to test further then what will you say about the Pac fight? If he passes all his test 18 days out then how can you go further? The critics will ask what did you see to make you want to test Pac further?

Luckily for Floyd they have the Ortiz fight 1st and they should go down further but then it will still look pretty shady like Floyd, GBP, & Tygart are in it together and they wanted to inch it closer in each fight.

Like Floyd was worried about the testing effecting him in the ring also so they stopped the Mosley testing at 18 days, then they will stop the Ortiz testing at 7, and then the Pac fight will go all the way until a day before or so. It just doesnt look right.

With that being said, none of that still really matters in the end. Either you pass the test or you dont and everything they do has to be on record so they cant test Pac an abnormal amount of times compared to Floyd or everyone will rip them. They will be fair to Pac because they know "everyone" is watching this and it will be a stain on them forever if they screw it up
    very valid observation..............

i am inclined to think bob only did his usada stunt not really to question usada capabilities and name but just to direct the wada and public's attention to the testing itself....

for me, usada or any other agency doing the testing is of secondary concern.......

the testing procedure itself will be closely watched/monitored

Team Pacquiao are not happy they can't get a guarantee on a cut-off date.

Typical shyster move. Bob is making Manny look more su****ious by the day.

I'm not sure you guys understand what random means. How was it determined that the last test would be 18 days out? Was it determined by chance or by Tygart?

Tygart decided they had enough blood samples 18 days out so they didn't need any more. If he decides that same thing ten times in a row aren't the fighters going to figure out he doesn't feel the need to test closer to the fight? Isn't that going to lessen the deterrent and the whole point of random testing?

Why not just make it that there is an equal chance that there could be a test every day regardless of how many samples have already been collected? That would be random testing and would not leave it to the discretion of Tygart or anyone else as to when testing should stop.

Thats the su****ious thing, Manny ask for 21 days cut off of blood testing but urine all the way and blood testing on the day of the fight, but they did not agree because the window to cheat is very high and PEDS could magically do wonder on so short of time and it could be cycled in less than 24 hours. But on the May-Mosley Fight it was 18 days blood cut off and urine all the ways unless there are su****ions on the urine??????? USADA screwed this one big time

If that's what he was saying, then why didn't he say it?

The testing should be done at random throughout the fighters training camps. Otherwise, by your own admission, so long as they didn't come up dirty prior to two weeks before the fight, could literally inject themselves with Superman's ***** and they wouldn't have reason to test. Right? Because, they'd have no reason to test the athlete if he didn't have a dirty or potentially dirty test result.

Or... maybe, they should keep it random and have no imposed cut off date and test them throughout the training camp. This way, there's NO wiggle room.

                    Come on man!

On 24/7, Mosley got urine tested the week of the fight. Not sure about Mayweather though.
