I love how people still love to claim this conspiracy theory about how the USADA is somehow in Mayweather or GBP pocket, with no evidence to support it.

Fact is, the USADA is just a reputable as the WADA, but for some reason Arum feels their desire to help clean up sports in the US is somehow biased against Pacquiao.

In the end, if Pacquiao is clean, all the rest is a non issue. & Arum is not agreeing to **** if he always comes with an "if" or a "but" after.

Just thought it was interesting because there has been a huge debate about ARum wanting WADA over USADA as a roadblock. Looks like WADA is recommending USADA do it. SO Bob will either say USADA is biased if Manny tests positive (which I don't think he will) or he has a built in excuse if Manny should lose.

Really pathetic that Bob would question USADA like that.

didnt usada test mosley more times than floyd. They probably did that because of his past record. i dont think it would be fair if pac gets tested more than floyd just because of hearsay especially if a fighter has an issues with it.
