I am not narrow minded when it comes to Pacquiao's way of thinking.

To be honest, I am really disturbed by his way of thinking.

If I was clean, Anybody and everybody could test me. Thats my thinking.
It's not about who is getting the upper hand or who is being dictated to.

It's about your name, legacy, family, friends, career, etc.
Pacuiao is being accused of being on steroids man.

I would also do the same. However, I definitely understand why Manny wouldn't want Floyd to dictate what he should do. Floyd has said some nasty things about Manny.

1. WADA s doesn't do any testing. It has no infrastructure to test. It is the head of the snake, so to speak. It sets the testing standards and procedures and what is on the prohibited list.

2. USADA is a non profit organisation. They don't make money, other than to pay for testing and pay their employees. They operate through govt. grant money, which if they didn't have they wouldn't exist.

3. USADA is basically an arm of WADA. They report to WADA. They use the procedures set out by WADA and test for substances on WADA's prohibited list. [do you need a flow chart or diagram ******s??]

4. No other organisation other than USADA is approved to administer OST within the USA.

5. USADA has the infrastructure, experience and trained personnel to conduct random blood and urine sampling. Arum wants the NSAC involved, who don't understand the testing, view their own (very limited) testing as adequate, and have been accused by the pre-emininet boxing writer on the planet (Thomas Hauser) of covering up a positive test from ODLH.

6. According to the ******* nation MP has already agreed to everything months ago, so presumably if this was true (we all know it's NOT TRUE) then he already gave the nod to USADA.......

7. Here's a list of excuses from MP not to undertake OST:

- Floyd is bigger than me so it's an unfair advantage as when they take blood from both of us they will take proportionally more from me (are you all laughing yet??)

- i am afraid of needles and superstitous.

- i feel week for a few days after giving blood, so i need a 24 to 30 day cut-off to recover.

- i lost to Morales because i had blood drawn close to the fight.

- Random blood and urine is not mandated by the commission (i'm totally ignoring the fact that fight contracts always have terms that are not required by the commission or sanctioned by them)


..........the list goes on and on.

In the first negotiation and the only REAL negotiation (initiated by Team Mayweather FYI) where Al Haymon and Bob Arum were both involved, and represeantatives were talking face to face and not ferrying emails btw each other and notes via carrier pigeon the fight broke down because MP refused a 14 day cut-off. They then lied about the negotiation. Either way it was MP and his team who refused to make the fight happen.

9. In the second "so called negotiation" Manny according to Pac stans agreed to everything and Floyd went on vacation. Plainly this can't be true, considering the information coming from Bob Arum and Koncz lately. If he agreed, then presumably it was no cut-off USADA being the organisation testing, otherwise he didn't agree to anything. Ofcourse we alll know it was just rhetoric from MP and his legion of deluded and ****** cult members.

11. Throughout this ridicuolous saga, Floyd's position has changed precisely once. In the initial negotiation he was willing to compromise on a 14 day cut off (which was refused by MP and his team who then lied about the negotiation in the media). He since clearly withdrew this offer and hasd plainly stated, just like in the Mosley fight the testing agency decides when they will test. His position is "take unlimited random urine and blood testing with no cut-off." It has not changed. MP and his team come up with a new excuse or reason why they can't do this every week, even though supposedly they already agreed to do it!!!!


I'm sure iv'e missed plenty. MP is a joke and most likely using PED's. the fact that his fans can continually defend his ridiculous behavious is astonishing. OST is RIGHT, it's moral, it's adds credibility and it's good for boxing. Boxings biggest star has undergone it once, and will so again. His reasons for wanting it aren't entirely righteous, but that doesn't mean the process itself isn't. Boxings second biggest star won't submit to this process. He prefers to file a lawsuit because his feelings were hurt, hide behind an apparent faith in GOD, and let his many many mouthpieces come up with excuse after excuse as to why he won't submit to this process.

if I was clean I would yield to a man who is dirtying my name. Specially in a mental sport like boxing. It is innocent until proven guilty. Ask Marvin Hagler who feels the same exact way Manny does... Just because you sympathize with Floyd don't mean that people don't know where manny is coming from... And if the " lawsuit " is genuine, and not just a gag-order like many suspect, then Petrocelli will have to prove that Mayweather's comments prevented Pacquiao's marketing opportunities and potential sponsor's from being "proud" of Manny..... and that the reason why potential opportunities may have been lost is NOT because Manny was too "proud" to prove that he is a clean athlete.
