Team Pacquiao gave a grand total of 7 different ridiculous excuses to justify why Manny would not undertake random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff, which is absurd, because requiring 7 different excuses means that none of them were genuine..... they just didn't want to take random blood tests, simple as that, either that or they ducked Mayweather.
