Where did you get this information? And the whole thing is laughable considering USADA is the arm of WADA here in the States and have conducted 70, 000 tests and NOW they aren't neutral? That is where this all came from, Bob Arum saying they weren't neutral....after all of the times that he proclaimed that Manny agreed to the tests. This is but another excuse from Arum so he can make another fight.
