What gold standard that is needed in this? Theyre just gonna draw blood from 2 atheletes it isnt like 5,000 atheletes or so. The testing can be done both by WADA, USADA and a third party.

Perhaps they just need to add additional trickles of blood since these will be 3 agencies looking into it.

I asked Skinner if hypothetically a third party doping control laboratory or organization might be agreed to, thus overcoming Team Pacquiao's objections to USADA, which Arum branded as "not neutral" in this matter.

"No other organization in the US does the type of gold standard testing that that we do. Personally, at least, I've never heard of any third party organization that performs the WADA approved standards to the same degree that we do," Skinner said.

WADA and USADA are one in the same, something Dazed and those who bothered to even look have been saying since this was first "announced" by Arum. USADA's procedures and prohibited list are sourced from WADA who are the standard setters and oversight body if you will.

So, why not go with another agency which also adheres to the WADA standards? Would that not suffice?

It's plain to see that Arum and Team Pac never wanted to get bullied by Team Mayweather. Mayweather's demands of random blood testing have been agreed to, now it's up to both parties to agree to a viable agency to do the testing.

WADA = USADA, but if they want to use another arm/outrsource of WADa like the Australian version or UK version then personally i have no problem. The issue is that it's not going to happen.....Manny hasn't agreed and won';t agree unless they think they can beat the testing. Why is Arum s concerned about a "false" positive????

Damn right. WADA will insist for the USADA to handles it whether Arum like it or not. This is how i feel it's gonna happen, WADA will insist for PSC[Philippines Sports commission] to take samples from Manny when he's gonna be training in the Philippines, while USADA will continues to take samples from Floyd in the US. When Manny start his training camp at the wild card, USADA will then take samples from him and Floyd.

PSC in a country where the guy they are testing has god like status, is a congressman and anything is for sale. Corruption in the Phillipines is widespread at all levels of society and govt.......

Manny has agreed to random blood testing, not "everything." You should all wait and see what agency they come up with to test the fighters, instead of continuing your baseless accusations.

If there wasn't bias before, now there will definitely be. Isn't Lance Armstrong suing USADA? So how can they be considered a legit company if other sports figures say they do fake tests? Someone on here said Lance Armstrong is suing USADA for false tests.
