Looks like Arum/Top Rank/Team Pacquiao's backs are really against the wall here. Like I've said since day one, it's one of two scenarios:

1)They never wanted the fight in the first place
2)Pacquiao is on some type of PED

Either way, it's really starting to look bad on them.

Team Pacquaio has agreed to random blood tests. Now it's just a matter of finding an agency that can administer them. Who's back is against the wall?

I don't know if Tygart is biased, but he left himself open for that with the way he handled the PBF-SSM fight. He didn't test them the same number of times or at the same times.

He also stopped testing 18 days out based on his subjective opinion. He said he stopped testing because they thought they had enough samples and they would have tested more if they had a "su****ion".


"Random" testing would mean that the human element was taken out of it and you are just as likely to be tested the day before the fight as the day after the fight was signed. It shouldn't be up to whether Tygart has a "su****ion" or not.

When random is in play the boxer doesn't know when he will be tested so the fear is always there. So Tygart stopped because he didn't feel it was su****ious anymore huh. Where did you get that from.
