She said that perhaps Arum has a misperception of how WADA operates, explaining "does not do any actual testing, they do not have the infrastructure to do that. You take (world soccer body) FIFA, the Swimming Federation and others...they are all signatories to WADA. What WADA does is contract out (the testing) to recognized doping control agencies in the different countries."

I asked Skinner if hypothetically a third party doping control laboratory or organization might be agreed to, thus overcoming Team Pacquiao's objections to USADA, which Arum branded as "not neutral" in this matter.

"No other organization in the US does the type of gold standard testing that that we do. Personally, at least, I've never heard of any third party organization that performs the WADA approved standards to the same degree that we do," Skinner said.

        seeing ghosts?????? maybe....

i may be wrong, but that smells so much of a sales talk.....

if other agencies (in the us?) meet the set/required wada standards, then what is the gold standard all about.....

is this just a way of saying "our pizzas are the best?" so buy now?

or is there really no other pizza vendor in the u.s.?

        just asking...

Convicted Felons make the world go 'round. You need people like me. So you can point your fingers.....
50 Cent was tied to the good doctor who gave hgh to the stars. If these guys say that someone's using the sauce, I'd be inclined to believe them. 50 Cent, having first hand knowledge of riods/hgh, can be a very good judge of who's dabbling. Maybe he bumped into someone from Pac's camp at the good doc's office. Maybe Miguel Diaz ratted Pacquiao out to the Mayweather camp. I saw Mr. Diaz co-working a corner with Mayweather Sr. Everyone saw or heard of Miguel Diaz blowing the whistle on Ariza after the Maidana fight. These are guys that work corners for various fighters. It's a small world and it seems as if they are almost certain that he's using. It looked very possible considering how he ran from the drug tests before. They are still using all kinds of excuses to try to get out of the fight. Why did we not hear of this concern from Arum before? Now that the pretty boy's back, the pressure is on and this situation can get ugly fast.

This is a non issue. Pac shouldn't have to do any testing that isn't required by a state athletic commission.

Why should he when Floyd didn't take a single drug test in over a year?

How would it look if Pac took over a year off from the sport, during which he did not take a single drug test and then agreed to fight Floyd in 3 months with random tests?

Its su****ious as hell and Floyd didn't even show up to court. If anyone is doping its floyd not Pac.

And there's plenty of agencies that can handle the testing with WADA oversight. But I guess the self-proclaimed gold standard organization wants that Floyd Mayweather Boxing Association check that they've been eating off of lately.
