So since Pac/Arum agreed to Mayweather's demands about no cutoff testing, will Mayweather agree to use the WADA as the tester? If not is he ducking? Not trying to start a *****/******* war, just asking a question. and if you prefer USADA instead of WADA, why?.....your thoughts?
