        The absolute "BEST" Miguel Cotto we ever saw, BARELY sc****d by Mosley and Clottey. He never had a chance with Floyd, Arum knew that.

        And I'm a Cotto fan.

                            In 07 ur right I remember talking to my PR friends about how Miguel was becoming a threat in the division, but wasn't quite ready for Mayweather, I gave him another year or so to prosper. They were of course biased, but agreed.
                            I do think the Mosley fight was close but Cotto was better by a margin. There's no way it was a draw. Cotto right now has the tools to hurt Floyd but it's going prove difficult to dent him. It's going to take calculated pressure, and flawless execution. The Puerto Rican star will have to perform now. This is the final exam that spotlights whether Cotto is a world-beater or simply enhancement talent for Mayweather.

                                The best Miguel Cotto didn't show up for the Clottey fight. That was arguably him at his worst performance. 0 trainer. Intervening family drama. Shell Shocked from Marg loss. Cotto himself has stated that he'd lost passion for the sport during that period. The Mosley W made him stronger so idk what the issue is there.
