arum wants to contract wada for the testing, and keep them responsible for the results too. so even if usada does the actual test he will have wada responsible. that's how i see it. also wada can operate anywhere in the world through national agencies,suggesting perhaps that pac plans to spend some time preparing in the phillipines.

Arum is just reaching and playing mind games with fools, The WADA are responsible for results, Everything the USADA does is govern by whatever rules and regulation the WADA set.. The WADA already does what you think Arum wanted so there is no need for Arum to want that, But thats not what Arum wants, Arum just want to play his little mind games with people who arent too bright.

That is not agreeing. That may be semantics in regard to what Floyd wants but it is NOT agreeing. It is offering an alternative to what he wanted. Do you disagree with that? Do you feel Arum is agreeing with Floyds demand by offering something as an alternative?

2)On the other hand, USADA has apparently agreed to Floyd's bastardized version of a mere 8 weeks testing period, which gives a loophole for cycling PEDS.
3)USADA also does not have jurisdiction in the Philippines which complicates the situation.
