Next we'll hear that the boxing ring used for the fight cannot be made in the USA because its not neutral due to the probability that the materials used causing Pinoy fighters to slip and fall. But at least he ins't afraid of needles anymore...
one last time, since i've repeated myself already.

floyd said, take the test and we got a fight.

they already said they'd take the tests, WITHOUT USADA.

Golden Boy HAS NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. they don't mind, just as long as the tests they want are used.

so what's the problem? the way i see it, you guys simply want to argue for the sake of it.

You don't seem to comprehend the quote that you have been posting.
DR. Catlin's statement stressed the point that, "if you have a 24-DAY WINDOW, with no testing, you can take whatever you want and you're not going to get caught".
Now, relate that to Tygart's (of USADA) statement that they stopped testing 18 DAYS prior to the fight (Floyd/Shane) because "the initial blood tests shown for both boxers were clean and THEY DIDN'T NEED ANY FURTHER BLOOD TEST. The rest of the RANDOM tests would be done through URINE TESTING. However, Tygart did mention if some anomaly suddenly appeared in one of the urine tests, they would get another blood sample. But the tests didn't uncover anything that could be questionable so they decided to end the blood test."
It is clear from both Dr. Catlin's and Tygart's statements that they can stop blood testing anytime inside the 24-day window as long as two conditions are satisfied, namely: (1) No anomalies are found in the blood tests, and (2) the RANDOM urine testing will continue to ensure that neither fighter would try to cheat within that 24-day window.
To conclude: a 20-day or a 14-day cut-off for the blood test is sufficient as long as RANDOM urine testing is continued up to the fight and with another blood test after the fight.

If this gets the fight made, I’d be more than happy, i want nothing more than to see this fight. The problem is team Pacquiao has gone through an infinite list of reasons not to do testing. Now all of a sudden the scroll of excuses no longer exists BUT, USADA is not neutral...only time will tell what his next "I agree to everything but...." will be.

Not trying to argue, just tired of Manny and his team's bullshit. For a guy who says he fights for the fans, he sure tries really hard not to give us the fight we all want to see.

Has there been any Floyd fans saying that Floyd should say no to Arums request for a different agency? If there is I havent seen it.

What I have seen is people fed up with the excuses from Pac camp. Here we are years later and the new reason is USADA isnt neutral. Why not say that 2 years ago? All the other excuses were for what? I thought everything was agreed to and Floyd was a coward yet heres Arum still trying to negotiate the testing.

Open your eyes Pac fans. Thats all it is, maybe you guys like it but its very clear that Floyd fans dont like getting jerked around by a crooked promoter named Arum. Thats it.

Has nothing to do with anything else.

Personally, I never thought the fight would happen at those times. I think both guys wanted the fight all along, they just wanted to build the fight. If the fight happens next year, it will be bigger than if it happened sometime in the past two years. They pretty much cleared out the division and the only guys left are Manny and FLoyd. You don't rush into the biggest fight ever in a matter of months.

The time is now, right, more than ever. Pacquiao will be coming off a fight against the one guy who has his number and Mayweather wil be coming off his toughest fight since he fought De La Hoya. it's ****ing perfect...

I comprehend the quote completely. I put it up when Manny wanted to avoid ANY type of testing 24days up to the fight for various su****ious reasons.

The blood testing done by USADA, conforms to the WADA Anti-Doping Code. Like i said, if the deterrent of random, unannounced testing isn't good enough for you, then make a case with WADA and suggest they take blood every day. Just because USADA stopped at 18days doesn’t mean they’ll do it again the next time around. You continue to ignore the deterrent of randomness in the equation.

No doubt thats a strong possibility, I wouldn't disagree for a second.

It just gets annoying when asses like Junior Dong wanna pop off every second with some BS about Floyd, yet one side has given a million excuses regarding testing (the one thing holding up the fight) and Im supposed to be mad at Floyd for that..?
