We're half way through 2011 and they have yet to sign anything that makes their "agreed to" promises concrete.

Not until Bob/Pac stop making excuses about the testing. As stated, they have an issue with the "biased" testing now unlike before when Team Pac allegedly "agreed to everything" which at this point is proven to be false.

Floyd made it clear about testing, they have implied that they had no issues and everything was agreed to yet Bob NOW says that USADA is "biased"?

How is that agreeing to everything which implies that its Floyd's fought for the fight not being made?

Again, until Pac backs up his "big boy" agreement talk, we wont get the fight. Meantime Floyd's fighting a WW Champion, Pac's fighting a LW at WW which should have taken place years ago at a much lower weight class.

Not true. Bowe requested Golota to be tested for Steroids in their 2nd fight. So did Tyson when he fought Holyfield. This isn't the first time a boxer has requested something like this.

What the hell is yours since one has nothing to do with the other? Lets also not forget that there was a very legitimate reason why that was asked for considering that floyd blatently ignored a contracted weight limit in the past.
