You ******s who worship Pac need to read between the lines of Arum's comments. What he is really saying is: "We would use WADA for Mayweather/Pacquaio, but since the WADA does not perform OST's, we won't submit to any OSTs because there is no other neutral agency available to conduct the tests.

And? OST is still not a requirment under any boxing commission in the world so......

Mayweather changed his stance Saturday, moving off the hard line he had taken on using USADA as the testing agency.

"We are OK to move off USADA," Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer, who is representing Mayweather, told ESPN.com. "What we're saying, and what is important to us, is four things -- that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective. Three of them we have agreed on -- random, blood and urine. So now it is a matter of the two sides working out the specifics of the cutoff date to assure it will still be effective."

And yes the cotract will determine the fight but as you said both fighters have to agree to that. 99.9% of boxing matches never have that listed as something in the contract so who determines the drug testing policy for the 99.9% of boxing matches that have happen over the sports 100+ year history??? thats right the boxing commissions!!!

Not until Bob/Pac stop making excuses about the testing. As stated, they have an issue with the "biased" testing now unlike before when Team Pac allegedly "agreed to everything" which at this point is proven to be false.

Floyd made it clear about testing, they have implied that they had no issues and everything was agreed to yet Bob NOW says that USADA is "biased"?

How is that agreeing to everything which implies that its Floyd's fought for the fight not being made?

Again, until Pac backs up his "big boy" agreement talk, we wont get the fight. Meantime Floyd's fighting a WW Champion, Pac's fighting a LW at WW which should have taken place years ago at a much lower weight class.

JMM is to Pac what Baldo was to Judah before the Mayweather fight. Lets hope that statement is false, I hope that it is because after each (floyd/pac) win there fights we SHOULD see the fight we have been waiting for (because Pac is petrified of needles/blood and thinks that the USADA is biased).
