Guilty by association really doesnt apply when you either already have or are willing to take a test to prove that you are not guilty.

The WADA can assign anybody they want who is part of their orginization and yes the USDA is part according to the WADA website. But if they don't use the USDA it doesnt mean that who they use is any less crediable.

no, they cant assign anyone. they dont assign anyone. the countries and the sports who adhere to wada assign ppl. wada just approves the organization and carries out contracts with them. but wada has no jurisdiction in the us. its an international organization. in the usa, it was assigned to usada. i dont get why u guys insist on pulling stuff outta ur ass. u dont at all understand how this works.

i dont expect wada to come out and say yeah the USADA is biased and not able to handle the test. They will most likely back the USADA on this.

Thats fine but if the WADA handles the testing themselves remember the USDA isn't the only qualified orginization in the world to handle the job. WADA has plenty of excellent credentials.

Actually you arn't the one who understands how it works because in the end the Boxing commission in the state that the match is being held in calls the shots. USDA or WADA it doesn't matter because that would have to be agreed to by the fighters themselves as something extra. So if the WADA gets the call then it's because "Both" fighters agreed to it. Nobody assigns either orginization to any boxing match in fact they have zero jurisdiction in any state in the union.

It's hilarious. I thought they agreed to all the demands months ago. USADA was ok then? I feel bad for Pacquiao stans. They've gone from defending "blood tests make me weak" to "we want the toughest tests possible!"

Exactly, iv'e been calling them out on this. They have been preaching that "Manny has already agreed to everything" like it's a religion, and now all of a sudden USADA doing the tests is no good (even though Manny has supposedly already agreed to EVERYTHING) because they are not credible, impartial or they are in Mayweathers back pocket.

It is understood that we have been waiting on Pac as he has yet to agree to random blood testing. In-which team Pac at one point said was never in issue. Now out of the blue, Bob wants another organization to test the fighters.

As Bob puts it, USADA is "biased" yet this was never an issue in the 1st round of negotiations or the notorious secret 2nd round. If it was never an issue and team Pac "agreed" to everything why is this an issue now?

In all actuality you have the statement right, but are confused by directing it to the wrong party. It is Bob and Pac that need to back up there "big boy" agreement talk and stop making excuse after excuse like the USADA being biased towards the Filipino race. The USADA and WADA have the same standards.

What really exposes Bob/Pac is the fact that they supposedly agreed to everything in the past and by having this excuse of the USADA being biased is a genuine concern and/or excuse, then there is no way they agreed in the past but just made excuses to avoid the fight.

Floyd has made it perfectly clear of his requests. All we get in return now is the USADA is biased towards the Filipino race? Which implies that they never agreed to the testing (ever) and walked away just like they did to fight Clottey.

The boxing community knows who we're waiting on.... but like you said I just want to see the fight. I personally don't care who does the testing just as long as Bob doesn't have them in his pockets (which he is known to do and can do, just not with the USADA who he has a bad rep with).
