what lies can he possibly tell? arum never in the pass said pac has agreed to all randon testing, arum now says that pac will undergo all random blood testing if its done by WADA. Its funny that some people who urges manny to take the test is now coming up with more excuses. Arum saying that manny will take all random test if done by WADA, isnt this what u guys want? For manny to take the test?

Arum wants to use an agency that he can bribe. He is standing on nothing in saying that the USADA is not neutral or fair. He cannot bribe anybody in the USADA, which is why he wants to have another foreign body handle the testing - somebody that he can bribe. When Pacquiao tests dirty, he wants somebody who will call him and fix the glitch it's as simple as that.

Anybody who doesn't see this, is probably a *******. There is NO reason why Arum should object to the USADA handling this test procedure IF HIS FIGHTER HAS NOTHING TO HIDE. The only time it matters, is IF YOU ARE ON A BANNED SUBSTANCE AND YOU DON'T WANT IT GETTING OUT!

its up to WADA to appoint/entrust an agency who will administer the testing...i think arum just wants WADA to be in charge for the overall testing (not USADA) and ensure that testing is done in accordance to the rule and under strict scrutiny and watchful eye of WADA...and also to ensure that no shenanigans will happen during testing on whoever agency they will appoint....

I love the Filipino people, due to the fact they support Pac through thick and thin, wrong and right. It's also one of the reasons why I wouldn't trust Pac spending 95% of his training time in the Philipines, whilst being tested by a Filipino anti-doping agency.
