This is fine...Don't know how serious team Pac is in going through with it. But, this is fine. And, Mayweather should have no problem with this. I still fail to understand though where the whole criticism of USADA comes from though.

Someone needs to tap Bob on the shoulder and point out that USADA "is a signatory of, and responsible for implementation of, the World Anti-Doping Code(as laid out by WADA) in the United States. The Code, works in conjunction with five international standards for uniformed and harmonization of testing programs across the globe and is widely considered the basis for the strongest and strictest anti-doping programs in sports."

I believe Bob already knows this.

Me thinks Bob is trying to get the fight moved to a different country.

just give the USADA guys WADA jackets instead...they wont know the difference

WADA doesn't do testing but they can easily appoint one of their organizations...except USADA of course.

I know this is not the Olympics so there shouldn't be any jurisdiction issues, if such thing exists.
