Calzaghe will be too much for Martinez in every department. Joe will win a decision. Too many people hate on Calzaghe, imo he was one of all time greatest fighters in the world.

Nobody knew Martinez until he drew with Cintron and lost to Williams.

              The fight is at 164?

Is the the thread starter for real?

Martinez really beat Cintron, but had a close fight against Williams. Brutally KO'D Williams in rematch(but by the 1rst round it looked like it could have been another close fight if he hadn't won by KO).

Calzaghe would own Martinez. Even though Martinez rehydrates up a lot, he'd be slower than usually, and Calzaghe is a smart fighter, he'd adapt to his style within rounds. Only way Martinez has a chance is if he lands a brutal punch like he did against Paul Williams, but i doubt Calzaghe would let himself be open to be caught like that.

Just saying a lot of people started jumping on the bandwagon.

                    Especially after Pavlik.

martinez doesn't have legendary wins like lacy or manfredo that merit such extreme fandom.
