I'd pay 60 bucks to see it and be happy handing my money over. I don't know about khan, I think he'd out box rios but hey who knows. Brandon looked great last night and I'm not really sold on khan, maybe I'm just buying into his hype without knowing it. Anyway Maidana rios would be a much better fight, so that should come first. Winner can chase khan and the big money to 147 if they want.
whoever thinks amir khan can withstand brandon rios's punch must be smokin weed. khan would last maybe 4 rounds with brandon rios. he has a glass jaw.
maidana and rios would end up like antillion and rios. brandon rios is the real deal folks. i like him in 1 year to take on the pac man and beat him.

Lol Amere Con would get brutally KO'ed by Rios. Doesn't anyone remember him running against Maidana so he didn't get hit? He was lucky that fight if he fought Rios I think that would be the end to his luck.

The single most ludicrous thing i've read on this site - and given the **** that gets spouted on here, that's saying something

              Not so sure about Maidana
I may be one of the few, but I think Rios could take Khan out. Khans speed and flurries may slow Rios a little in the first couple of rounds but after that Rios will get stronger as Amir starts fading. Rios is relentless and has a chin that I don't think Khans punches will affect that much. If Khan were to piss off Rios during the pre-fight build up (if it were to happen, obviously) then that would be even better for Rios. Rios gets motivated by and thrives off of controversy it seems.

I actually think a Maidana/Rios fight will be more of a war and a tougher fight for Brandon. But Maidana has to do something about his conditioning first. After round 6 he always looks like he's gonna fall over from exhaustion. He makes me tired sometimes just watching him, in the later rounds of his fights. Good thing his warrior heart keeps his feet moving though.

I'm willing to bet 100mil on Rios if Rios/Khan ever happens.... anyone interested, let me know.

Side note: I know Khan is moving up, so that fight wouldn't happen anytime soon, but Arum already talking about Rios fighting Pac in 2013 - so he will eventually work his way up there in weight too in the next year or so.

              How ya doing my brother?

TBH, I would be more interested in a Mikey Garcia/Gamboa fight. I think Garcia is going to be an amazing star and can take advantage of Gamboa's flaws. Would be an amazing fight, and one that could catapult Garcia right up to the top IMO.

Amir is all wrong for Rios, he would make rios look pedestrian, hes no Antion lol, he will use movement and plant that stiff jab in bam bam's face all night.

I would be more excited about Maidana vs Rios. I think Chino beats him though.

Amir wouldn't have to check his chin

Rios' previous fights have shown he can be hurt to the body

Saying that, Amir seems to go headhunting, which made his fight against Maidana a LOT tougher than it should of been

I honestly think I can count on two hands the number of body shots he attempted on Maidana after the 2nd round

Rios has a tendency to get hit, a LOT (and against less than stellar opposition), and if Amir gets into a rhythm of finding the target that's bad news for Brandon

Amir is a bit like Floyd IMO, he might not be the most murderous puncher but he's got enough pop to keep you honest

Amir's world class jab would give Rios fits IMO, to both the body and head

One of Brandon's main advantages at 135 has been his size ans his ability to bully people, he won't have that advantage against Amir, who's a big 140 lber

I said last night that I think Rios is fun to watch but once he steps up to GENUINE world class (especially at 140), he'd get spanked, and nothing I saw last night has changed my mind

Rios-Maidana or Rios-Matthysse would be the fights I'm more interested in right now.
