Maybe people should go and read about USADA before they say ****** shiet like this.They are a non-profit organization recognized by the US Congress as the official anti-doping agency for Olympic, Pan American and Paralympic sport in the United States. usada is not a us judge and what ur saying does not at all make sense in this case. usada is not a meidator. they are in the business of anti doping. what the hell would they get by "siding" with floyd on this? a bad reputation. a bad reputation, something that would hurt their business. u guys are making analogies that just dont make common sense.

When there is a disagreement between two parties regarding an accusation by one of the parties, the chosen mediator must be neutral. When the mediator is chosen and paid for by the party that made the accusation, that mediator ceases to be neutral. Whether or not that mediator intends to remain neutral does not change the fact that he is now perceived as being indebted to his benefactor. Under these circumstances, any mediator with integrity has no other recourse but to recuse himself from that responsibility. Even a U.S. judge cannot preside over a case where he has had previous dealings, especially business dealings, with one of the parties involved in a dispute.

The USADA was neutral a week ago. A week ago, neither Arum nor any of the Pac nuthuggers on this site had any problem with the USADA. Then, all of a sudden, Pac's adviser tells the truth and sticks his foot in his mouth and admits that Pac never agreed to random tests with no cutoff date. The next day, to save face, Arum claims that the USADA is not neutral and all of Pac's zombies on this site jump on the bandwagon.

Exactly, how is the USADA not neutral. Mayweather is not paying the USADA to conduct the tests for the Ortiz fight and he didn't pay them for the Mosley fight. The promoter pays for the test. In both the cases of the Mosley fight and the Ortiz fight, the promoter has been Golden Boy Promotions. If Mayweather fights Pac, since Arum would be the lead promoter in that fight, Top Rank would pay for the tests. If another agency conducted the tests, Top Rank would pay for them. So would the neutral agency favor Pacquaio since Arum would pay for the tests? Your analogy is total bull****! Bob Arum was lying in June 2010. He lied yesterday! He is lying today! He will lie again tommorrow! And all the *******s will choose to believe whatever lie he tells.

Exactly! Arum and Pac originally said they would only agree to the tests ordered by the NSAC. The NSAC went on record as saying that they could not conduct random blood tests, meaning there would be no random blood tests, which is exactly what Pac and Arum wanted from the beginning.
