USADA can't "punish" a boxer. You're right. But you can write any clause you want into the contract. the way that Mayweather and Mosley did. If someone tested positive, the fight would be canceled. And the results would be publicized.

Again the test can be done by another organisation, but asking the WADA to do testing is just reaching, because the WADA is the body that governs all testing organisation.. this isnt a national thing, if arum feel so much insecure he can ask the UKADA to oversee the testing.

Doesn't mean shyt though because he isn't doing the testing. He isn't in the lab looking at results. He gives the organization the money to run their tests on both fighters and that's it. It is called funding. Just because he funds something doesn't mean he is going to get any different treatment.
