It's interviews like this that makes me confident that even to this day, Pac hasn't agreed to any kind of testing outside the commission.

Before Arum gave this interview, we were all under the impression that Pac was ready to take the test. Then according to Arum, Pac won't take the USADA test.

Fast forward a few months later and Pac says he agreed to the test, but a week later says Floyd's not the commission.

Fast forward to today and we have Arum sitting up here saying they've agreed to the tests for the last 2 years. Huh??? Last two years?? This article was posted less than a year ago.

Floyd should have more jurisdiction over this matter or any matter for this fight since he's actually the fighter. You know, the guy that's actually going in there to fight. If Pacquiao was the one talking or making decisions, than that would be another story. But this is not about Mayweather vs Pacquiao. This is about Mayweather vs Arum. So in this sense, the fighter should have more say than the promoter. If the FIGHTER wants USADA, then it should be USADA.
