Mayweather always seems to be whining about something. Every time the Pacquiao side agree, he finds a new issue to cry about.

He says he wants the fight, but then actively puts up obstacles to it.

Now that Peterson has been caught Arum is trying some damage control.
He knows all that stuff when Pacquiao used to say he wouldn't take a test 14days before the fight is becoming questionable.
