Thats fine and all but the way the system works is on evidence, you cant say shes guilty, wheres the proof? If you dont know how she died, where she died, when she died, you cant convict.

It couldve been an accident, a drowning, or a murder. but you cant send someone to the chair with no evidence. if they went for manslaughter or 2nd degree she wouldve copped a plea.
