How is it the same athletic commissions that caught Fernando Vargas, Shane Mosley, and James Toney cheating/ positive for PEDS all of a sudden are obsolete and irrelevant for Manny/Floyd?

Another question, before Manny was EVER a boxing start why hasn’t Floyd petition for this earlier in his career?

actually bro, Shane Mosley was never caught via tests. The BALCO office which was suspected of cheating the tests was raided and Mosley's name was on their client list. that's how he was caught.

You and I don't know why mayweather requested testing. he could have woke up and said lets test or he could have su****ions or know someone on the inside. Team pac verbally agreed to testing. if he was truly trying to duck he wouldn't use test to do so since they verbally agreed before negotiations even started.

Nah the funniest is that they want them "to take da test OSDT Random 14 Day Cutoff'

They think that there is some magical tests that dont exist, they need to do some research how steroids work. but yea, lets test zee fighter who been active and has been tested during that time but not the guy who has been away for 1-2 years without being tested at all.
