This is the reason why Manny won't accept the RANDOM tests.

The CEO of USADA, Travis Tygart, said Pacquiao’s 14 day cut off is pointless. He said, “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”

Pac fans keep saying he agreed to 7 day cut off but according to this article and statement by the CEO of USADA, there should not be any cut off date for any RANDOM blood tests because the fighter can still cheat if he knows.

I agree with Roach on one thing, I think Khan has a better chance of fighting Mayweather at the MOMENT, I'm not ruling out a possibility between May and Pac though even though it seems like a fantasy at the moment

The thing that sucks about this is that, if it's true (that Khan will fight Floyd BEFORE Pacquiao does)- Khan and Schaeffer have already stated that Amir wouldn't fight Mayweather until November of 2012. That means IF.... IF a Pac/FMJ fight is ever going to happen, it's going to be ATLEAST another 2 years before Manny and Floyd would fight [Pac fights primarily in May & November or there about. If Khan fights Floyd before Manny does, this means if Khan fights FMJ in Nov. 2012 then a Pac/FMJ fight could not happen before May of 2013]. This **** has already gotten so old, can you imagine another 2 years of waiting, with all of the ridiculous crap in between?

If the fight doesn't take place, it will be because Pacquaio refuses to take the random blood tests. However, I believe that Pac and Arum will eventually agree to the tests because the media that has been giving Pac a pass will turn on him within the next year. While Mayweather is fighting Ortiz, Khan and possibly Bradley (if he signs with Golden Boy), Pac will continue to fight stiffs in an oversized Marquez, Mike Jones and a rematch against Cotto and the public will refuse to pay for these garbage fights when better opponents are available.

Every boxer ranging from 140 to 154 has indicated that they were willing to take the random OST to secure a fight against Floyd Mayweather, except Manny Pacquaio. Anyone with an open mind and an IQ above 70 would see a problem with the person refusing to take the test.

Imagine a scenario where a murder was committed in a community and the police had 35 suspects in this murder. Thirty four of the 35 suspects agree to take a DNA test to rule them out as the murderer. Suspect #35 adamantly refuses to take the DNA test and chooses to skip town, file suit against the police department or do whatever else he needs to do to avoid taking the DNA test. If that happened, 99.9 percent of the people looking at this situation would say that Suspect #35 is probably guilty of the murder. The only ones who would refuse to believe that Suspect #35 is guilty would be the individual's mother, spouse, girlfriend or friends who would never accept the idea that this person could commit this crime, no matter how much evidence existed against him or even if the person confessed to the murder.

That is the scenario in the Mayweather/Pacquaio OST dispute.

Who Pac is fighting now and when he is fighting him in relation to when he should have fought him should let you know whats really going on.

The messed thing about this is.....when the blame is on Mayweather, ppl are quick to say the fault lies with Mayweather, but when it's Pac they say it's both. The holding up of this fight is the fans. The fans need to take a stance and put pressure on Team pac to take the damn test......at this point it makes more sense for Pac to take the test than FLoyd to drop it. I would rather see the test taken than dropped. This is a contact sport and win or lose i want to be able to see them retire and enjoy their lives.

This guy say the same **** every press conferences and he spark the interest of Pac to get his fans that have doubt back. I can't believe you guys been watching Floyd all his career and don't see the pattern. Thw guy is a joke and he only fool people that don't know common sense.
