Relax Larryx, Wlad will paint himself black and he will become #1 P4P Slickest HW alive.
Haye must learn lessons from his humbling

Haye became undisputed champion because the division was very poor, his boxing technique consisted of fast movement interspersed with that heavy cartwheel right swing, which, thrown 100 or more times, is bound to land a few times. He was lucky, because he is basically a novice, with nearly half his fights (12) being beginners 4 and 6 rounders. He was just lucky. He doesn't know ANYTHING about boxing. He's just muscular and fit enough to prance and run around for 12 rounds. A GOOD boxer wouldn't even acknowledge him at all.Haye is a good fighter, you don't become undisputed champion of a division if you aren't. He clearly wasn't as good as his talk, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he could go back to cruiser right now and be the best fighter there tomorrow. He gave me reason to care about a Wlad fight for the first time ever, so he did something right. Now I can go back to ignoring everytime Wlad steps into the ring.Comment

I also meant to say that the way Haye looked against Klitschko (My 1st time seeing Haye) he looked as if he'd picked up his "boxing" knowledge from watching Gatti-Ward 1 and Trinidad Oscar last 5 rounds on TV, whilst he was standing on his head, then added his own (Booth's) contribution of turning his back and racing away across the ring, mixed them all up, and never learned that you don't go down unless you're hit.Haye is a good fighter, you don't become undisputed champion of a division if you aren't. Maybe he picked that last up from his "learning to ice skate" days. He had so much to remember that he hardly got in more than 4-5 rabbit punches.
Oh, I'd forgotten that I actually HAD seen Haye once before, against Ruiz, but that was easy to forget.Comment

from Dan Rafael's chat today:
I agree. Is Haye's excuse one of the lamest in your experience of covering boxing?
Dan Rafael (2:23 PM):
Not one of them. THE lamest.

What is to learn? That Wlad is as boring as he thought he was? That he could dupe the British into doing anything he wants them to?
There was not much to learn since neither guy landed a real punch all night and the fight was a total bust. I thought Wlad was mad and he was going to do something. He did nothing but paw and hold like usual.
The best thing to do is forget this lame ass fight ever happened.Comment

I always knew that Haye was a clown, and had no chances against Klitschko. I already tasted the blood two years ago when the fight was first scheduled... And had to wait a lot5 but I knew it would have been a fight between a man and a boy. And Vitali would have treated him even worse: I say that Vitali would have knocked Haye unconscious within the 7th round since his notoriously meaner than his younger brother.

you remember that?
